One of the founders of modern Enneagram
Helen Palmer is one of the founders of how we use and understand the Enneagram today.
Helen has as such been part of the foundation of the understanding and use of the Enneagram both nationally and internationally. As a psychologist she has also engaged in several documentation of the psychology behind the Enneagram and has conducted different surveys to express the validity of the psychology of the Enneagram.
First Enneagram Conference in 1994
Together with David Daniels she co-chaired to first International Enneagram Conference at Stanford University in 1994 and she I also one of the founding directors of the International Enneagram Association.
She is a Faculty Emeritus member of The Narrative Enneagram and co-founder with David Daniels of the Enneagram Professional Training Program in 1988 and the author of several books about the Enneagram. Helen and David has certified more than 1.000 students from the Enneagram Professional Training Program.
Books by Helen Palmer
Her first book The Enneagram – Understanding yourself and others in your life have since 1988 sold more than a million copies in 28 languages. Helen did also win one of the first lawsuit in the Enneagram-society back in 1991, where the Arica Institute brought a lawsuit to U.S. District Court for violating copyrights about teachings from Oscar Ichazo.
